Blaxploitation 2.0

Finally, the Black Community™ has the tools they need to move past this country’s racist past. Yes, that’s right, it’s Blackbird: the Web Browser for Black People.

Remember: you’ll never really become part of the American mainstream until you’ve first done everything in your power to separate yourself from the American mainstream.

That pretty much sums it all up right there, doesn’t it? Y’think, “Chrome” might have originally been intended as a browser for little old ladies with Q-Tip hair-dos?

The jokes are starting to roll….they don’t use “cookies” in their browser they “gots chittlins”. “Don’t be servin’ no chittlins on my ‘puter”……better stop right there.

I actually like Chrome for certain things, such as setting up a distinct “application” icon for a particular web app. (On one computer I use it for the admin of this site.)

Cuz, you know, IE and FireFox are just tools of white oppression. Written by white people for white people.

It’s about time black people had their own browser. Separate but equal is clearly the way to go.

  4. Strider Says:

It’s worse than that, Steve. At it’s core, Blackbird is the same as Firefox — they both run on Mozilla. Blackbird isn’t really black, it’s an Oreo!

  5. Steve B Says:

See? Just one more tool to keep the black man dependent on his white masters.

    RACISTS!
