If you downloaded 1.1 in the last couple days, there’s a fatal bug in that version that prevents comment posting unless you’re an admin (which is how it slipped past me….)

New version 1.1.1 fixes that bug. No other changes.

Since somebody actually showed interest in this, I went ahead and updated it. Version 1.1 is up.

Missy — It hasn’t been updated recently, but it still works with current versions of WordPress (now 2.6), as you can see the fact that the sample comments 1 and 2 are still marked.

Other than perhaps a cosmetic update to the Admin screen, it works fine.

The two comments above are examples of this plugin in action. I really liked that first comment, so I edited the comment and added to the beginning of it.

The second was just idiotic and annoying, so I ed it instead.

Note that each image also has “alt” and “title” attributes. You’ll see the title text if you mouse over the image. (This text is standard to each Spotlight as defined in the config.)
